When you join the Sukha Now community, in addition to you monthly 1:1 meetings, you have access to our team of wellness leaders, including therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, dietitians, coaches, and more. We have developed a wholistic approach to mental wellness which recognizes the importance of using different disciplines, at different times, to achieve everlasting peace, joy, and happiness.
